ERS Installations is the crew division of Extreme Roofing Solutions. Contractors hire our vetted, insured crews for any roof system in Florida. Crews join us for steady work without chasing it.
Who we are
One company, both sides of the roof
Extreme Roofing Solutions is a Florida roofing company headquartered in Jacksonville. ERS Installations is its labor division: the part that puts crews on roofs for contractors, general contractors and builders who need extra capacity, a specialty system or a full turnkey sub.
Most labor subs are one crew and a phone number. We built a network instead: crews we vet, insurance-check and manage, dispatched statewide from a Northeast Florida base, with a coordinator on every job and our 10 Point Peace of Mind Guarantee behind the work.
That only works if the crews win too. So we act as their sales arm: we find the contractors, sell the jobs, handle the paperwork and collect the invoices. The crew installs and gets paid.
